Omg I stumbled upon this bakery as I have been actively doing the keto lifestyle and find it hard to find desserts to quench my sweet tooth. I bought the Red Velvet cheesecake (4 net carbs) and when I say it was delicious oh man I’m so happy and pleased because this is a game changer. No nasty after taste and the portions are large so you can eat half and save the rest for later.

OMG I’m kicking myself for not trying Kai’s when I still lived in Houston. I got a few things when I was there briefly this weekend, just finished my last kolache, it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! My yellow cake slice with vanilla icing was delicious as well. They have mastered yummy Keto foods!!! I can’t wait to order more!
